The factory is located in Sadat City with three operating production lines for producing molded fiber and bears a capacity of 90 million egg trays and 5 million egg cartons annually. As part of Huhtamaki Egypt’s long term growth strategy, the company has invested, during 2009/10, in adding a new forth line that is of higher technology, capacity of 40 million egg trays and with more capabilities to produce a wider range of products such as cup carriers. Thus not only expanding and growing the company’s sales but also its product range.
