Eng. M. Ayman Korra Chairman

conserning Industrial sector, he is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cairo Oil and Soap Co. and the Business Unit Manager of Greif Egypt; a joint venture with Greif Multinational (USA) for manufacturing steel drums. He is also the General Manager of Hutamaki Egypt; a joint venture with Finish Company where they manufactures egg trays from molded fiber. As for the Agriculture and Land Reclamation sector, for more than 30 years, he is one of the pioneers in the land reclamation in Nubaria area, with a history of agricultural achievements.

He is the Chairman of Korra Holding (Consukorra), which works in three sectors Korra Energi, Korra Agri and Korra Tradi. Regarding the Energy Sector, Korra Energi has a balanced portfolio of wide range of energy related services. They are highly specialized in providing integrated, customized, innovative and value adding engineering solutions, both in Egypt and the region. They have over fifteen years of experience in the fields of; Electromechanical Contracting, Energy solutions & Trading. They are licensed to sell and distribute electrical energy as well as solar. Korra Tradi has a profound history in the field of pumps leading with the submersible ones. Also works in the field of refractories for the cement and steel factories as well as petrochemicals lubricants.   Korra Agri specialized in the export of fresh fruit being the first and only farm in Egypt as to date exporting heat sealed punnets directly to customers in UK and Europe.

Besides that, he is the Chairman of Board of Trustees of AlKorra Foundation. He is also a board member in several entities such as Chamber of Food Industries, and the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA) and the Agriculture Committee of the Egyptian Competitiveness. He was a Former Board Member of General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) (2004-2009) and former Chairman of the Horticultural Export Improving Association (HEIA). (2000 – 2003)

He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Cairo University in 1979. 

Amr Abdullah

Amr Abdallah is a member of the board of directors of several companies & organizations in Egypt. He is an expert in technology and an entrepreneur investing mainly in technology.

Most recently he was the Chief Business Officer for Vodafone Egypt. Before that Abdallah has been the Chief Strategy Officer for Vodafone Egypt. He led shifting the strategy of Vodafone Egypt from Voice only mobile company to a Total Solutions Provider voice/data and fixed/mobile. He was behind the success of implementing the new strategy during his last two years at Vodafone.

Before joining Vodafone in 2006, Abdallah has been the CEO of Raya Holding responsible for the growing Telecom line of business.

Abdallah was entrusted with this responsibility after his years of successes as Raya’s CFO and Board Member: planning and managing all financial matters of Raya Holding and its eleven subsidiaries and managed and engineered taking the company public. Abdallah was also responsible for Raya’s legal and IT support functions.

Prior to that, Abdallah has been the driving force behind the creation of the distribution line of the business of Raya, one that is remarkably profitable way above the industry standard. As Managing Director of Raya Distribution (Protech), Abdallah reflected the diverse skills it takes to build and run Egypt’s largest mobile phone and IT Distribution retail and service operation, growing the company from 6 persons to an organization with over 230 persons.

Abdallah was one of the founders of Raya Holding and helped grow the organization from few employees to over 3000. He has been with Protech and Raya since 1996; before that he gained vital IT Sales and Marketing Management experience with Bull Egypt Information Systems.

Abdallah has an educational background in Electrical Engineering, and holds an MBA from Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK.

Being a scholar of a German school, he maintains a German culture at work coupled with a friendly Egyptian spirit.

Abdallah was born in 1966 in Cairo, Egypt. He is married and has three children.

In his spare time he enjoys traveling all over the world, desert safari, swimming, and fishing trips and is the organizer of the annual AAA Ski Camp in Europe.

He is a Fellow of the Middle East Leadership Initiative of The Aspen Institute & a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Khalil Tawfik
Ahmed Korra

Joined the Energy Solutions department at CONSUKORRA as an application Engineer where his main tasks included developing energy related projects feasibility studies, power generation plant layout, equipment sizing and selection, balance of plant pricing and cost estimation. (2013-2015)

Moved from being a full time application engineer to following up the daily operation of Greif Egypt (the steel drum factory) and Huhtamaki Egypt (the egg tray manufacturing facility) both at Sadat city where Eng. Ayman Korra owns 25% of the shares of both companies, in addition of Contracting operations being carried out at Consukorra.

Has a bachelors of arts degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American university in Cairo and a minor in Economics (Graduated spring 2013).

As an undergraduate at the American University in Cairo, Ahmed has participated in student based activities; mainly Volunteers in Action where its main focus was philanthropic.

Ahmed Has attended a full academic year at the University of California in Los Angeles in 2009 as part of a student exchange program offered by the American university in Cairo.

Adel Latif

Mechanical Engineer holding a master degree in Marketing from (CIM) Chartered Institute of Marketing in England UK

He has extensive experience in the pump and machinery business for more than 33years.

Adel is the Managing Director and Board member for Pump and Machinery Business Unit In consukorra where he has devoted all his practice to sales and Marketing for 23 years.

He exploited his expertise in marketing management, planning, communication and research to build brands, attract new markets and retaining customer plans for Egyptian and African markets.

Adel is member of:

  • NGWA: National Ground water association- USA.
  • EAA: The Egyptian Advertising association – Egypt.

Mahmoud Attia
Eman Korra

She has joined Consukorra Co. – Korra Holding –  in 2008 and currently holds the position of Marketing Manager. Eman Korra is a board member of Consukorra Co., and a board member of Cairo Oil & Soap Co. She has been involved in the sales, marketing and oil supply chain on the strategic level in Cairo oil. Prior to joining Consukorra Mrs. Eman has worked for more than two years in a marketing consulting firm, where she has gained extensive marketing experience from working on several projects for different companies from various fields. Education wise, Eman is an MBA holder with distinction from Heriot-Watt University in UK and has graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and minor in Economics from The American University in Cairo back in Fall 2006 with High Honors.

Heba Korra

Heba Korra is a Senior Sales Engineer at Consukorra Co, a joint stock company that serves the food, agriculture and energy sectors through different companies and business units. Currently, she is dedicated to serve the energy solutions division that provides integrated energy solutions in the fields of power generation & distribution, co-generation, flare gas recovery, waste heat recovery and waste to energy. She is also a board member at Conuskorra Co. as well as a board member at Alkorra foundation for sustainable development. Prior to joining Consukorra, she worked as an operational development engineer at Greif Egypt, a manufacturing facility that is part of Greif, the world leader in industrial packaging products and services. During her work at Greif Egypt she has been trained for three months in Greif’s headquarter in Holland.
